Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree required. BSN preferred.
 

Experience: At least 3 years supervisory experience, healthcare setting preferred. Minimum of 5 years of cardiology/cath lab experience required with 2 of those years in a leadership rold. Must have experience in interventional cardiology.
 

Licensure/Certification: BLS and ACLS required. Licensure and/or certification in medical or management related discipline. In Psychiatry and Behavioral Health de-escalation training must be successfully completed within four months of hire and then maintained going forward.
 

Other: Demonstrated excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, team leadership, priority setting, organizational and work competency skills. In Psychiatry and Behavioral Health must possess ability to appropriately handle/restrain patients who may be disruptive and/or physically violent.
