What We Require:

Education: High School Degree required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience: 5 years prior experience in high volume food production system required with minimum of two years of lead/supervisory experience. Prior experience in health care industry preferred.

Licensure, certification, and/or registration: Certified Dietary Manager preferred. SERV-Safe Certification or equivalent certification from the Virginia Health Department is required; or ability to obtain certification within year one in this position. Valid Driver's license.

Qualifications: Demonstrates excellent analytical, priority setting, financial, problem solving, interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills. Basic word processing and spreadsheet skills.
