Job Summary

This new position allows for  technical creativity within our Talent Acquisition (TA) dept.
The incumbent will research, track and maintain social media recruitment sites, TA databases, and other diverse mediums to develop relationships, community awareness and geographic targeting.  Metrics on cost and outcomes, digital behavioral analysis, research of government labor data, and profile development of passive candidates are core to this position.  Will analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of recruitment campaigns & monitor effective best practices in an effort to maximize results.  Manage company pages, responses and written communications to potential candidates.  A keen interest in data is required to identify trends and make recommendations.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree required. 

Experience: Prefer detailed experience with analytical work and searching for data.    Five (5) years of work experience, HR or related analytical experience. A plus to be knowledgeable of databases and tools such as Mail Chimp, Indeed, Google Analytics, government sites and software. 

Other Minimum Qualifications:  Must possess good writing skills and exercise of judgment  Project management skills a plus.  Possess excellent customer service and demonstrated analytical thinking and interpersonal skills. Must work well in a team environment Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to work on multiple tasks/projects while meeting deadlines and being flexible in an environment of changing priorities.
