This role will onboard newly hired and promoted leaders at Carilion. This role will work with the new leader and the leaders's leader planning a successful first year.  This role will use observation, developmental planning, coaching and mentoring skills to serve as a leadership consultant and coach to new leaders and their leaders.  

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree required. Master's preferred.

Experience: Five (5) - Eight (8) years of HR/related experience with at least three (3) years in specialized area required. Prefer candidate to have leadership experience.

Licensure/Certification: None required.  Coaching certification preferred.

Other: Must possess excellent customer service and written/verbal communication skills, including presentation skills. Need strong analytical and interpersonal skills. Must work well in a team environment and have a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.  Demonstrated resourcefulness and ability to work on multiple tasks/projects and being flexible in an environment of changing priorities.  Must be able to work well in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple projects at one time with varying amounts of lead time.  Strong observation, leadership, coaching and mentoring skills required.  Must be organized and have an ability to work in the field on a daily basis with leaders.
