The hours will consist of 70%cinical/30%administrative; Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm; Extended clinic hours one Wednesday/month til 6pm; coordinate staffing for and periodic travel to satellite clinics in NRV (Q Monday clinic currently) and Lynchburg (One Friday/mth); Coordinate/Provide staffing for visiting Peds urology provider 1x/mth.

Communicates, organizes, prioritizes, leads, facilitates, coaches and problem solves with other members of Carilion’s management and patient care teams to ensure cost effective, age appropriate, quality patient care services which enhance customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Graduate of a Registered Nurse program required.  Bachelors Degree preferred

Experience: 3 years supervisory or related experience demonstrating increased or diversified responsibility required.  Management experience preferred.

Licensure/Certifications/Registration: Currently licensed as Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

AHA BLS-HCP required.  May be required to obtain AHA-ACLS & PALS based on specific work unit within 6 months of hire.  All certifications to be maintained ongoing.

Other Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrates excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, communication, team leadership, priority setting and work competency skills.  Promotes a respectful, inclusive culture of service excellence.
