Provider Enrollment Specialist II

How You’ll Help Transform Healthcare:

Mentors and coordinates project needs. Maintains knowledge base of all payor processes. Aids in developing team when applicable for follow-up and communication requirements. Interfaces directly with coordinator and manager as required.
 

• Ensures policies and procedures are published, up to date and followed.
• Mentors teammates with best practices.
• Maintains highest production levels and quality.
• Leads conversations and appropriately summarizes.
• Utilizes critical thinking skills on when to communicate obstacles or delays to leadership.
• Assists with facility level enrollment and priority payor needs.

What We Require:

Education: High School graduate required; additional college work preferred.

Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in the areas of insurance, customer service, enrollment, healthcare, or closely related experience required. Demonstrated project experience preferred. effective communication skills, excellent organizational skills and multitasking required.

Other Minimum Qualifications: Demonstrated verbal and written communications skills, highly organized and proficient computer system knowledge. Skilled in learning outside their job requirements. Understanding of operations and analytical needs.
