Minimum Qualifications

Education: Graduate of accredited Registered Nurse program. Bachelor's degree preferred.
 

Experience: Five years of clinical experience required. Demonstrated strong leadership skills, supervisory experience preferred. Home Health/Hospice experience preferred.
 

Licensure/Certification: Registered Nurse in the state of Virginia. AHA BLS-HCP required.
 

Other: Demonstrates leadership qualities at current level of practice and good interpersonal and communication skills. Effective interpersonal, communication, and teambuilding skills required. Must successfully complete orientation and competency validation for position.
