Experience Required; call center, customer service, effective interpersonal communication, teamwork and problem solving skills. Candidate should have demonstrated ability to adapt with changing processes, time management  and ability to work independently. Written communication skills are a must with computer aptitude, typing greater than 45 WPM. Office Hours 8:15-4:45 M-F

Once intense office training is complete (aproximately one year), this will be a work from home position and the successful candidate must have a separate and designated office space as well as high speed internet connection.  Office Hours 8:15-4:45 M-F

Minimum Qualifications

Education:  High School graduate required; college course work preferred in Business or Accounting

Experience:  Two years experience within specified area or other applicable experience required.  Communication, analytical and problem-solving skills required.  Proficiency in EPIC Fundamentals preferred

Other Minimum Qualifications: Must be able to meet high productivity and accuracy standards.    High focus and concentration needed for computer, analytical, organizational and time management required.   Visual perception and high hand/eye coordination necessary.  Requires excellent hearing, clear/concise speech, excellent finger dexterity to operate computer terminal/keyboarding as well as use of a calculator.  Must be proficient with word processing, computer/PC skills.  Excellent documentation and follow-up skills required.
